How can we make native landscapes look intentional and tidy?

Looking for tips on how to make a native landscape blend in, to an HOA, for example.

Master Gardeners of Northern Virginia have a nice segment about this topic: https://youtu.be/Y2LsUuhUZ8g?si=q3ZvRRCr1UB3-PDe&t=3234

Neat streetscapes: trimmed or tidy plants with unobstructed sidewalks and sight lines

Define paths and trails, permeable wherever possible

Incorporate natives into foundation plantings

Use walls and hillsides for terraces to maintain visual order

Support plants as necessary, especially vines

Use edging to define plant beds: metal or stone give the most definition

Emphasize flowering plants sa indicators of human presence

Add indicators of wildlife: signage, bird houses, water features, etc.

Add indicators of human life: art, furniture, decorations
