English Ivy, Vinca, Kudzu, Privet, Honeysuckle; we fight them all. We target the most vulnerable parts of the plant to limit regrowth as much as possible. Where some would bring in heavy equipment, we use discerning hands to remove roots and all. In certain circumstances, we may recommend a highly targeted herbicide to handle tougher root systems.

Do we use poison spray?

We have found that the most effective method of removal is mechanical. It's hard work pulling roots, but we can rest easy knowing they're out of the ground.

If a large scale outbreak or limited resources demand herbicide, we contract with a certified applicator to use the lowest effective dose.

Will they come back?

Short answer, yes. Long answer yes, and... they will come back greatly weakened. If you plant competitors and remove what few strong roots remain as they sprout, the infestation will quickly fade. If there is a major resurgence, call us ASAP and we'll repeat the process free of charge.
